Listen. Commit. Play.
Improv isn’t just about being funny—it’s about building life skills that help kids and teens grow into confident, empathetic, and creative humans.
At SCIT, our youth improv classes teach young people how to listen, collaborate, and communicate—all while having an absolute blast. Through a series of fun, energetic games and exercises, students learn how to think on their feet, trust their instincts, and work together to create something from nothing. There’s no script, no pressure to be perfect, and no “wrong” way to play—just a supportive environment where kids are encouraged to take creative risks, make bold choices, and celebrate each other.
Improv helps shy kids come out of their shells and gives outgoing kids a space to shine. It nurtures empathy, boosts self-esteem, and teaches resilience—because in improv, “mistakes” often lead to the biggest laughs and the best discoveries.
Whether your child is a natural performer or simply looking for a new way to express themselves, our classes are designed to meet them where they are. Plus, they’ll make new friends, laugh until their cheeks hurt, and build confidence that lasts long after the curtain closes.
Give your child the gift of improv—it’s play with a purpose.
