TFT is back, baby! Totally Free Thursdays began as Totally Free Mondays in 2011. Our goal was to create a night to make improv as accessible and possible for as many people as we could After a few years that night moved to Thursdays, and has been a training ground for hundreds of improvisers and created over 50 teams. We’re very excited to be able to bring this night of totally free improv.
TFT acts as a training ground for not just the improvisers on stage, but for new coaches and teachers on the ensemble committee. It’s a way for improvisers to practice their craft in a structured setting with a weekly show. As always, following TFT is the SCIT Jam; where students and performers create on time only teams with people who want to try out improv. It’s all Totally Fun and Totally Free!
