Q&A with Rachael Wonderlin and David Kwiatkowski: Come See Them Perform Together in CoupleProv this Friday, February 11 at 8pm!

This Friday at 8 pm, catch CoupleProv at Steel City Improv Theater: real-life couples doing it (improv) on our stage to celebrate Valentine’s Day! đź’ť Get to know one of the performer couples in the interview below!

SCIT: How long have you been together?

Rachael & Dave: We’ve been together for over six years, married since April 1st, 2020.

SCIT: How did you meet?

Rachael & Dave: We met at SCIT on the house team Vintage Quaid.

SCIT: How long have you been doing improv?

Rachael & Dave: Dave has been doing improv for over 7 years and Rachael has been doing improv for over 11 years.

SCIT: Do you often perform together? Elaborate.

Rachael & Dave: We’re on Classy & Relevant together, so every month, at least!

SCIT: What is one of your go-to moves on stage?

Dave: Gardening as object work.

Rachael: High-status characters.

Finally, we had Rachael and Dave pick three questions from the Proust Questionnaire to answer.

Proust: If you were to die and come back, what would you be?

Dave: An elk, my spirit animal.

Rachael: A much-loved house cat.

Proust: What do you most value in your friends? 

Dave: The ability to live, laugh, love.

Rachael: “Authenticity and being able to use a calendar effectively”

Proust: What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Dave: “Something something and two cats in the yard, life used to be so hard.”

Rachael: Can I just quote my tattoo here?
