Chris Griggs

Performer Bio:

Chris has taught improvisation at the People’s Improv Theater for over 12 years. In addition he currently teaches improv in the acting department for AMDA College.

He has made appearances on NBC’s “Blacklist”, Bravo, IFC, E Television, Hulu, Netflix, Starz and The Discovery Channel. He also was selected to represent New York on the TV show “World Cup Comedy” produced by Kelsey Grammar.

Chris was a touring standup before the pandemic and a founding member of the Pit’s longest running improv house team The Baldwins.

Have fun learning to play the scene’s Rock Star (Meat), supporting the rock star (Potato) and doing the little things well (Parsley). Ultimately doing whatever the scene and your team needs at any given moment.
