Mary Ann Augustine
Performer Bio:
Mary Ann (they/she) was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and started singing before they could speak. They have been involved with numerous theater productions all over the US and in China, where they lived for 4 years. While living there, they were in shows like God Of Carnage, Edges: A Song Cycle, and Godspell. In 2018, they moved to Chicago from China in order to pursue theater more seriously and that’s where they discovered their love for improv. They went through the training center at iO and was part of the last class to graduate from there before the theater shut down due to the Covid 19 pandemic. They moved to Pittsburgh at the beginning of 2022 with their partner to pursue community living with some close friends that live here. They are very excited to be a part of the improv community in the steel city! They are on the house team The Fix Is In as well as the summer harold team. When they aren’t improvising, you can find them gardening, cooking, reading about cults, exploring new vegan restaurants, binge watching reality tv shows, or camping.
