WE ARE OPEN! THE SOUTH HIGHLAND AVE BRIDGE CONNECTING EAST LIBERTY AND SHADYSIDE WILL BE CLOSED FOR REPAIRS FROM MONDAY MARCH, 4, 2013 UNTIL NOVEMBER 2013. THE STAIRWELL CONNECTING SOUTH HIGHLAND AND ELLSWORTH AVENUES WILL BE CLOSED AS WELL.
